How to send money via MoneyGram
- • Bring your identity document and visit an Eurex office
- • Provide our teller with the recipient's details (first and last name, recipient's country)
- • Pay our teller the transfer amount and service fee
- • Money transfers can be made in euros (EUR) as well as US dollars (USD)
- • The teller will give you the transfer code
- • The transfer code and the sent amount must be communicated to the recipient
How to receive money via MoneyGram
- • To receive money, visit an Eurex office
- • Present your identity document to our teller (passport, ID card, driver's license, residence permit, etc.)
- • Tell our teller the transfer amount and the transfer's unique code
- • Our teller will verify the transaction details in the MoneyGram system and pay out the money
- • Payouts are made in the currency sent (either EUR or USD). Through us, you can immediately exchange US dollars into another currency that suits you.
