Currency exchange by transfer
Using cash is not the only way you can exchange currency. You can pay for foreign currency by bank transfer and currencies can also be sold by transfer. We advise you to request an offer from your home bank before you make the transfer, as the bank may charge you for using an external service (e.g. fee for a domestic payment). However, we still hope to offer the best-priced solution for out clients. We advise you to visit one of our branches if you are a first-time client of Eurex. A cashier will help you to agree the exchange rate of your transaction with the dealer and an order/invoice will be submitted to you as the confirmation of this. After you have paid the invoice the requested currency will be transferred to your bank account without an extra charge.
Recommendation: we advise you to enter into a client contract to make the performance of transactions easier for yourself. The contract allows you to agree on the terms and conditions of transactions directly with the dealer (by telephone or e-mail) and both invoicing and performance of your orders will take less time.
Pursuant to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Prevention Act, we are obliged to ascertain and verify the identity of persons in transactions. It means that the client needs to produce an identification document. Clients also need to fill out a personal data form in the case of certain transactions. Please speak to a cashier or call us on +372 6 312 100 for more information.
